Organising a reunion

If you would like to run a reunion the alumni office are more than happy to help.  There are a few steps involved:

  1. Firstly give us a call and let us know your details and the year you graduated.
  2. You'll need to set up a small committee that includes all the different friendship groups in your year.
  3. The alumni office will find contact adresses for your year group.  Often, after some years have passed since graduation, our records can be out of date. Once we have established who is missing from the list then, we'll work with you to fill the gaps through friends, colleagues and other networks.
  4. Once the list is as close as possble to complete, we lock in a date and discuss the type of function you may wish to have (e.g. a cocktail party,afternoon tea, etc)
  5. The venue booking and catering arrangement are made by the alumni office. 
  6. Invitations are sent and RSVP's are taken by the Alumni office.
  7. Now, all you need to do is be there!
