Master of Clinical Pharmacy - How to Apply

The Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences offers one intake every second year for the Master of Clinical Pharmacy.    

Applications for semester 1, 2009 close on 15th November, 2008

Application process

  • Complete the online e-admissions application and upload
  • A detailed curriculum vitae (CV). Please include contact details of two professional referees; details of professional, technical or other qualifications; details of registration with professional bodies and information on academic distinctions, prizes, occupational and research experience, publications and communications.
  • A one page statement in support of your application including your objectives in undertaking further study and your motivation for undertaking the Master of Clinical Pharmacy
  • Copies of original academic transcripts of official results for previous tertiary study. Monash University graduates are not required to provide an academic transcript
  • Completed  Credit application form (if applicable)
  • Proof of residency status, eg. birth certificate, passport, visa etc.

  OR

  • Complete the direct application form, ensuring that you attach
  • A detailed curriculum vitae (CV). Please include contact details of two professional referees; details of professional, technical or other qualifications; details of registration with professional bodies and information on academic distinctions, prizes, occupational and research experience, publications and communications.
  • A one page statement in support of your application including your objectives in undertaking further study and your motivation for undertaking the Master of Clinical Pharmacy
  • Certified copies of original academic transcripts of official results for previous tertiary study. Monash University graduates are not required to provide an academic transcript
  • Completed  Credit application form (if applicable)
  • Certified copies of proof of residency status documents, eg. birth certificate, passport, visa etc.

Acceptance into the course may be via an interview process.
