Cadetship

The  Pharmaceutical Sales Cadetship program is partnered by Australia's most successful and fastest growing health industry employers. The program ensures that successful graduates are interviewed by industry partners. Successful interviews often lead to full time employment and a long and enriched career.

During the cadetship program, you can expect to begin as a sales executive, trainee or an assistant sales executive. The placement process is facilitated by Pharmaceutical Sales Cadetship  on your behalf, from start to finish.  Pharmaceutical Sales Cadetship  will also provide continued guidance in the early stages of your employment. The pharmaceutical companies participating in this industry program will choose cadets to employ, based on course assessment, workplace visits and interviews. While student preferences will be considered, students must be willing to accept cadetship employment with any of the participating pharmaceutical companies. Upon completion of the cadetship program, it is the student's responsibility to seek further employment opportunities.

The pharmaceutical industry is rapidly expanding, and many job opportunities available, however Monash University cannot guarantee post degree employment for graduates.
