Semester Two Bachelor of Commerce componentThe double degree course of Bachelor of Pharmacy/Bachelor of Commerce requires a minimum of six years full time study. The course is especially relevant for those graduates who are considering managing or owning a pharmacy or those who find themselves in a management role in a hospital pharmacy or the pharmaceutical industry. Students complete the Bachelor of Pharmacy in the first four years at the Parkville Campus on a full time load, and then complete the Bachelor of Commerce in a subsequent two years at the Clayton Campus in either full or part time mode. For satisfactory completion of the course, students must complete units to the value of a minimum of 294 credit points, subject to the following conditions: (2) Students must complete 16 units (96 points) from the faculty of Business and Economics as follows: (2.1) six compulsory common core units [36 points]: (2.2) At least two of the following [12 points]: (2.3) a major of eight units (48 points)
(2.4) additional units from the faculty in the Bachelor of Commerce at the Clayton campus to reach the required minimum of 16 units.
