Studies routinely conducted within the Department include analytical development, physicochemical characterisation, solid-state characterisation, solution microcalorimetry, stability monitoring, dissolution and particle size testing, preparation of lipid-based emulsions, in vitro permeability assessment, preclinical bioavailability and pharmacokinetic studies in small animals.
