Promoting your event

There are many options for promoting your event to students and staff.

To staff:

  • Staff bulletin: Email Louise Gray if you would like your event details included in the weekly staff bulletin. Submission deadline is 5pm Thursday for circulation the following Monday.

To students:

  • Generic Magazine: If you would like to include information in the MPSA publication "The Generic" please email the generic@mpsa.org.au
  • Posters: If you would like to hang posters around campus please ensure you have read and are abiding by the poster hanging guidelines.
  • Bulk email: The faculty can not make bulk emails for clubs. Clubs are encouraged to establish their own email lists for promoting events. All email lists must have instructions at the bottom of the email about how to opt out of the email lists. Always remember non one reads junk mail so make your messages infrequent and worthwhile!

MPSA and the Student Activities Officer are investigating a electronic notice board, and a student life section on the faculty website. If you are interested in either of these options enquire at the time of booking.
