Progress reporting

PhD / Master of Pharmaceutical Science candidates receiving a scholarship

All doctoral, and masters candidates receiving a university or Commonwealth of Australia Scholarship (for example, a Monash Graduate Scholarship (MGS) or Australian Postgraduate Award (APA)), must submit progress reports as required by the MRGS.

Annual Progress Report forms are normally sent to candidates in June of each year.

Information and an outline of the annual report process is available from MRGS.

Other Master of Pharmaceutical Science candidates

All other masters candidates are required to submit a detailed progress report, similar to the Monash Research Graduate School’s Annual Progress Report, in the first 9-12 months of equivalent full-time candidature (18-24 months part-time); and if the 12 months (24 months part-time) report raises concern, a further progress report at the end of the first 18 months of equivalent full-time candidature (36 months part time).
